In November 2019, the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research opened its doors to the WA community for a Day of Discovery.

The 'Discover the Perkins' event encouraged people to become a scientist for the day and explore Perth's landmark research facility, tour the state-of-the-art laboratories, take part in interactive activities and learn from Perkins researchers about the groundbreaking work happening right here in WA.
